Yes, they will be recorded and made available on September 4. All registrants for the full registration (attending on campus) will receive a link to access the videos. If you are unable to register for the full registration, you can also purchase the recordings of all the seminars, which will be available September 4.
Yes, there is a waitlist option. When spaces open up, we will message you to register and make your payment. You will also have the option to purchase the videos replays.
When you check in at Week 1, your seminar packet will contain an event badge and a program for all 5 weeks. Your event badge will serve as your confirmation ticket to attend every, week so please wear your event badge. If you happen to forget it or missed Week 1, you will need to go to the Information Kiosk to receive an event badge.
There is no childcare on-site.
There are no refunds but you are able to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please email us at info@rockypeak.org, at least 5 days prior to the start of the event, with your name and the name and email of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to.
