Our purpose is to create environments where people can have an authentic, dynamic encounter with God. Through the creative arts, we seek to provide opportunities where people can freely respond to the love of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
Excellence: Continually growing in our craft, being the best steward of the gifts God has given us.
Preparation: Designating time to prepare well for the weekend. Band members identifying their specific parts from the rehearsal resources (recordings and charts) and being able replicate those parts as a starting point on their weekend of service. Technical Teams being familiar with flow of the service, songs, and noting any special elements.
Teamwork: We are not a solo act. We believe that leading together in unity is vital to the vision God has for worship.
Authenticity: Pursuing God and living lives of transformation both on and off the stage.
Passion: Approaching each service opportunity with passion and anticipation, having a desire to see God do what only He can do.
